Business Process Development

TCIC's  Business Process Documentation (BPD) program is designed to address internal operations, set the stage for the creation of a BPD Manual and provide models/prototypes of policies and procedures for implementation of a BPD Project Plan. This program includes awareness training, requirements for departments and employees on the job, categorization of jobs and written job descriptions.

The initiation, planning, and implementation of a Business Process Documentation (BPD) Manual and Project Plan including the written documentation of procedures, work instructions, and job descriptions within job categories.
