ISO 9001: 2000 Gap Analysis

TCIC's One Day ISO 9001:2000 Gap Analysis is designed to assess a company’s internal operations and set the stage for ISO 9001:2000 implementation. The ISO 9001:2000 Gap Analysis program begins with an information review of the company’s existing documentation as it relates to the adoption of ISO 9001:2000 standards. Once the organizational readiness is determined, assessments are conducted to lay out the documentation needs. Finally a clear goal and guidelines for implementation are established.

Develop a clear, defined path for ISO 9001:2000 registration. TCIC assesses these requirements by conducting an on-site gap analysis. The result of the Gap Analysis is threefold. It will: 1) assess your company’s present compliance with the ISO 9001:2000 standards in a review of existing documentation; 2) determine the gap between existing documentation and that required for ISO 9001:2000; and 3) determine and identify what additional training might be required to become compliant. Finally, a solid plan for implementation will be developed.
