Project Management
TCIC's Project Management program provides the essentials to managing
the long-term success of projects. Client satisfaction is the key
measurement of success in defining quality in any project. This program will
provide problem solving tools to clearly define customer needs and resolve
problems that can affect project quality. This program focuses on practical
tools and techniques that will meet or exceed customer expectations and
assure high levels of quality while maintaining project control through the
use of project parameters, defining and planning the project, costing and
methods for resolving variances.
The ability to identify project time and resource
requirements. Clear communications to assure recognition of quality
information and understanding barriers that inhibit good communication. Use
negotiation skills to plan and control projects. The ability to define and
prioritize projects: how to write project specification statements and
perform root cause analysis. The expertise to use graphical problem solving
tools. The ability to generate and brainstorm solutions, project mapping and
choosing the best solution to project problems.
