TCIC’s Six Sigma program is designed to help the small to medium sized business learn how to implement Six Sigma projects in their organization through the practical application of the DMAIC process and Six Sigma Tools.

Participants will learn how to select problems that are suitable for a Six Sigma project (Define), how to establish baselines and map current processes (Measure), how to search for real causes of problems and the cause and effect linkage (Analyze), how to develop and implement solutions (Improve) and how to sustain the improvement (Control).
