TCIC's Strategic Marketing and Sales program delivers a dynamic suite of services all of which are designed to integrate into your organization seamlessly. TCIC offers an effective market and sales process beginning with the 6 P’s of marketing: Product, Price, Place, Pipeline, Promotion, and Planning. An organization and its candidates after attending this Strategic Marketing and Sales program will benefit by learning highly creative ideas, techniques and solutions that will help market the company’s business more effectively.

Participants will know how to develop a Strategic Marketing Action Plan, how to conduct an environmental analysis, a S.W.O.T. analysis and a marketing audit, as well as how to establish a project plan with dates and measurables. Participants develop a communications strategy to assure company-wide buy-in to the Strategic Marketing Action Plan and understanding why information and the technological rate of change benefits some organizations and not others.
