TCIC's Leadership program provides supervisors and other employees with key skills to assure success in their positions. Participants will be given valuable insights into their personal/work style behavior and will be given proven techniques to positively influence the behavior of others. Today’s employees must use not only efficient operational techniques but also creative leadership skills. Supervising people is more than delegating tasks and measuring results. Employees must motivate each other, give constructive feedback and resolve people problems while generating enthusiasm for the company’s goals.

This program will help develop employees’ leadership abilities by showing how to create and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
