Team Building
TCIC's Team Building and Communication Skills program is designed to
help develop skills in relationship building, interpersonal communication
and demonstrate the value of teamwork across the entire organization.
Successful employees are effective in influencing others toward greater
productivity. This program provides an opportunity for participants to learn
their personal work style and how that style influences others. The dynamics
of successful teamwork will be presented together with ways to promote
cooperative behavior. Constructive communication techniques will be
discussed which will assure effective communication within the organization.
Participants will learn to manage change and
innovation positively, use delegation skills to build cohesive groups,
manage conflict constructively, promote cooperative behavior, use skillful
negotiation techniques, deal with difficult people fairly and objectively,
help employees feel challenged, respected and rewarded, discourage behavior
that could constitute harassment, and use a problem-solving approach to
performance improvement. |
