9001:2000 Gap Analysis
This program is designed to assess internal operations and set the stage for
ISO 9001:2000 implementation. The program includes an information review of
the company’s existing documentation as it relates to the adoption of the
ISO 9001:2000 standards and the establishment of guidelines for
implementation.

This program is designed to assess internal operations and prepare for
implementation of ISO 9001:2000 resulting in company certification.

TCIC’s Six Sigma program is designed to help the small to medium sized

through the practical application of the DMAIC process and Six Sigma Tools.
Internal Auditing
This program includes preparing an audit plan, defining the scope of the
audit, understanding audit terminology, preparing audit questions,
developing standards for an auditor report, and establishing a corrective
action program to address nonconformities and discrepancies.

Process Improvement (CPI)
This program is designed to improve the way employees plan and work together
and gives participants essential skills by providing everyone with a clear
understanding of their role in the Continuous Process Improvement (CPI)
process.

This program offers an effective market and sales process beginning with the
6 P’s of marketing: Product, Price, Place, Pipeline, Promotion, and
Planning. The program benefits include learning highly creative ideas,
techniques and solutions that will help market the company’s business more

Customer Service
This program provides practical and proven techniques to show you how to
implement a customer service strategy by helping you to identify both
internal and external customers, and to use cross-functional teams to
increase customer satisfaction.
Project Management
